Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – SoftShoe Studios LLC At SoftShoe Studios, every session is intentionally crafted and professionally produced. To protect the time, preparation, and creative resources dedicated to your project, the following policies apply to all talent reel bookings. Deposit & Confirmation: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled shoot. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules shift. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their session with no penalty.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: deposit is forfeited, no further charges apply.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: deposit is forfeited and a new 30% deposit is required to rebook. Same-day cancellations may be subject to additional fees if crew or studio space has been secured. Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may reduce your shooting time.
Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may be treated as a same-day cancellation. Emergencies: We approach genuine emergencies with discretion and professionalism. Please communicate as soon as possible. We are committed to delivering cinematic, industry-ready reels — and these policies ensure that every client receives focused, uninterrupted production time.
